Objectives of the Management Services Division
Provide services in handling administrative affairs, services, staffing, finance and procurement as well as ICT of the Human Resources Department
Determine the activities of the Human Resources Department Management Services are carried out efficiently and effectively
Human Resources Department Management Services ( JTM) consists of four (4) Main Branches:
- Human Resource Management Branch
- Asset Management and Administration Branch
- Finance and Procurement Branch
- Information Technology Branch

Human Resource Management Branch
This branch consists of 2 units namely :
Human Resource Development and Performance Management/Discipline
- Managing internal and external softskills courses/training of the country
- Manage JK Governance (JITU), JK Latihan (MJKL), Department Joint Council (MBJ), Disciplinary Board and PPSM Panel
- Administer and supervise the implementation of the Department's HRMIS
- Supervise Department disciplinary cases
- Execute promotion matters
- Supervise vetting matters the integrity of the MACC
- Managing security screening applications for Departmental staff
- HRMIS - managing the implementation of HRMIS for staff at the JTM and ILJTM Headquarters
Services and Organizational Development
- Executing service matters involving the appointment, confirmation, grant of pensionable status, termination, retirement of the Department
- Manage applications related to facilities, demands and leave applications according to the categories detailed in the General Order Chapter C
- Manage the affairs of the placement of officers and staffing as well as being the secretary of the Department Exchange Meeting
- Managing the appointment of PSH and contracts
Reviewing staffing and organizational needs and approving matters of organizational development Department

Asset Management and Administration Branch
- Operating the file system, correspondence and circulars
- Coordinating parliamentary affairs
- Managing matters regarding office space and renting office space
- Managing office security matters, personnel and documents
- Managing general administrative matters, meeting rooms and meeting needs
- Managing department vehicles and complying with related circulars
- Managing matters -matters related to the movable assets of the Department
Asset Unit
- Managing the Department's store and inventory
- Managing the disposal and write-off of the Department's assets
- Managing the process of losing the Department's assets
- Mesy Secretariat for Government Asset Management (JKPAK) and JKPAK Facilities

Finance Unit
- Preparing the Department's Annual Budget Estimate
- Managing the payment of salaries, services & supplies
- Issuing Small Allocation Warrants to all Responsibility Centers (PTJ), Allocation Withdrawal and Transfer Warrants
- Secretariat of the Financial Management Committee Meeting and Accounts and Trust Accounts
- Coordinating all departmental accounting and ILJTM
- Procurement Unit
Coordinating, reviewing quotation requests for supplies & services
Being the Secretary of the Department Quotation Mesy J/K and Mesy J/K of the e-procurement Implementation Team
Managing the acquisition of equipment and joint use under the Department Allocation Budget
Providing advisory services to ILJTM in matters of procurement by quotation and direct purchase

Information Technology Branch
- Managing the entire ICT infrastructure infrastructure needs, Internet access, Network & ICT Security of the Department
- Managing and coordinating the JTM Portal, 1GovUC JTM Email
- Provide ICT technical support services
- Manage the JTM Data Center
- Manage the implementation of the Training Management System (TMS) Application at all ILJTM
- Secretariat Mest JPICT JTM and other ICT Mesy
